UNETHICAL

Got a letter that she was dropping my spouse as a client about 1 month before trial. So there was no exchange of documents 5 days before trial. Then she showed up at the trial anyway. I had no lawyer and the judge would not view any of my docs since I did not send them to her (but she was "off the case"!)

total rip off

I used Ms. Fitzgerald as my atty, I spent over 5000 for her to drag out my case for 8 months until she quit on me because I questioned her billing. I ended up handeling the case myself and completed it in one morning with out her. Save your money dont use her!
