I lived in these apartments and finally moved out when my dog ate fireant coming from inside the walls the landlord (Bruce) said the cost of getting rid of the ants were to high. And my sink leaked for 4 1/2 yrs causing a fungus to develope under the kitchen sink/floor and diningroom carpet. Making it totally unlivable. Also, the landlord has been known to pocket his cleaning fee/deposits.
