Absolutely wonderful!! So great to work with and did not have to worry about anything. Rosa Mae's Catering took care of everything.....Food was fantastic. Rosa Mae's made our reception elegant, beautiful and delicious....She comes highly recommended!!

I love Beth and Rosa Mae's. Beth is such a great help for a bride without a full-time planner. She has a lot of colors to choose from and in my case she didn't have the right colors so she ordered them. The set-up of my room was AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL (they decorated, catered, and made the cake). The room was absolutely perfect. The food was decent, not as good as the tasting, but still very good....

Beth and her team were a pleasure to work with! From the initial meeting to the day of the wedding, they provided excellent service in a professional manner.
