my experience with Savannah was excellent as usual. However, the receptionist took forever to take my payment and had to go and ask someone. Also, I did receive a notice for my birthday and I would assume that would be on your computers as well. If, I were to have received anything, discount etc. that was not brought out. I might have been at fault for not mentioning it.

I love how friendly everyone is at Roots. Jade is such a phenomenal person to work with. I never come home from my waxing appointments all bright red and irritated, which is so great!

Niki has been cutting my children's hair for about 6 months Her cuts are by far the best they've had and Niki is fantastic with the kids during their services. At 2 and 4, they look forward to their haircuts with Niki. The entire salon is very welcoming.
