Have been using this company for the last eight years for all my plumbing repairs, from new water lines to replacing futures in kitchen and bathrooms. They have always done good work and honored price quote. I would recommend them to any one.

I am writing this so that people are aware of Rooter Plus's deceiving tactics and don’t get ripped off by Rooter Plus in Cumming Ga. I called them yesterday because there seemed a problem when we flushed the toilet. On the phone the sales rep. said for a 1000 cu. ft tank cleaning they will charge 175 and for a 1500 ft they will charge 275. Ours is 1500 cu. FtThey came in the morning around 7:45...

Dont get Ripped off like I did. Be ware!  I called Rooter Plus in Cumming Ga to take advantage of an advertised $175.00 spring special for Septic tank Pump out.  They located my tank dug around to expose lid and instead of lifting tank lid off with attached hooks the technician drug tank lid off with back h*e breaking corner of tank.  They repaired it.  He pumped the tank and then Pointed out...
