While Rooter man may be knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing his moral ethics is another story. I was charged $300 dollars for a 5 minute job that included unscrewing a bathtub faucet and screwing a new one on. After the job was finished I asked if there could be a reduction in labor due to the 5 minute job and was refused. He suggested that in the future I could ask him questions about...
