Purchased a mattress. I would rather sleep on the floor. Took it back got charged another delivery fee 80.00 for a mattress that was worse than the first one. If I could afford an attorney I'd sue them. Terrible sales staff and manager that couldn't manage turtles.,,,,,

Damaged furniture! I purchased a bedroom suit from Rooms To Go in Melbourne Florida on May 30, 2012. They delivered it a week later. The installers set up the furniture and said everything looks great. After they left, upon closer inspection I noticed that the tops of the posts were damaged on both sides and the installer turned the knobs away so they where not noticeable. There was also a scratch on the dresser. One week after that they delivered a new headboard and a new dresser. Only to find that the dresser they delivered had a big gash on the side of it. We bought furniture from Rooms To Go and the furniture began to fall apart right away. My dining room table scratches with the slightest movement on it. I went in and asked the manager and he said they recommend a glass topper for the table. I replied this is a table with a leaf. So I have to have 2 separate sizes of large pieces of glass separate from the $800 table I purchased? He said he never thought about that. They came out to look at it and the service guy said it was a defective finish. The customer service seems to think it's MY problem and that I voided the warranty when...

Rooms To Go in West Melbourne is a true disappointment. Some of the sales people have very bad attitudes, including their store manager named Fred. He is the jerkiest store manager I have encountered in a long time. No costumer service whatsoever. They wanted to sell us a wobbly piece of furniture that was scuffed and scratched at full price and with major attitude! No wonder this place is empty at all times. Overall, my experience was extremely unpleasant. We will never shop there again.
