I purchased a sofa just over a yr ago &have have had a service rep out 3 times to trim the fibers that are coming thru the fabric. They said it was a default in the fabric and would replace the sofa covers. That was Nov Dec of last yr. I called Monday to find out where the coves were ans was told they couldn't replace them because the store went out if business. They want to comp me 250.00 the...

The Coffee table is damaged a big white spot that appeared 30 days after I bought it.The Store was rude, took a week to return my call, The Manger was very rude.They said it was nothing they could do about it.
Roomestore is the biggest ripe off I have ever seen.Joyce
