I would rate Don 5 stars. He did excellent work and showed up exactly when he said he would. Only exception was that we made an appointment a few weeks before the job was to be done, and when I phoned him a couple of days before the job to confirm that he was coming, he did not return my calls, leading to some anxiety. Would give him 5 stars if he returned phone calls promptly.

Don did a great job. He was meticulous about his work and showed up exactly when he said he would. Good quality work and reliable. We will definitely call him again for future projects.

Don was very professional and responsive. He walked us through the tile installation process and responded to all of our questions patiently. He was meticulous in installing the tiles and did a great job in cutting the tiles to fit the nooks and crannies. He has won our trust and respect and we plan to call upon him for us next project.
