The work being requested consisted of two parts: 1) Modification to the existing roof structure 2) The installation of a new metal roof approximately 2,800 square feet. (about a $35K to $40K metal roof)

Overall a quality job, but there are some places that could use improvement. 1-make sure you are quoting the most accurate price as possible. We were told that we didn't have 2 sets of shingles on our roof, but it turned out that we did over most of the roof and incurred an $800 price increase, but the foreman worked with us and reduced the cost by about $500. 2-trying to schedule the "happy...
