Installed new roof. Installation caused interior damage. Had to file insurance claim. Roofer did not honor his 10 year warranty. Came a few times out and did everything from caulking to cricket but still significant water coming into home on occasion. Almost a year later and 9 leaks later still not fixed. Filed complaint with BBB and he never even responded. Next step attorney general or small...

Not pleased with the work.No response to our complaints.Husband trying to fix it himself .he should not be climbing,defeats our purpose of paying you for a job not done well and ignoring calls. Your foreman came out once and saw all the places that were leaking but never came back to fix any of it.You had come highly recommended by Bob Patten,so thought we would not get ripped off
