The tech showed up on time more or less. He stated he did not have a ladder long enough to get on top of the roof. He then stated it would no longer be a free estimate, that it would cost $300 just to take a look. Our timeframe for inspections has now past and we are stuck with whatever may be up there. I would never recommend this company.
