Mama's Muffins & Bakery started out as a wholesale Jumbo Muffin business that was started in Sept. 2010 in a rent by the hour commercial kitchen and a dream. Tamy was unemployed and there were no jobs to be found. So I took the idea and the $600 I had to spare and decided to see what I could do with it. My husband Rod, is a retired Master Baker and I had Customer Service, Management and Coffee...
Part of a little strip mall, the bakery looks very welcoming from the outside, so i went in and the place was great. I was not trying to break my diet. But i had to take the cheat day early. The cupcakes with velvet were out of this world. I wish i could eat the food here everyday! ugh!!!!
loved the shop .. and the pastries, wish there was more variety, (I was craving Bavarian,or Mediterranean pastries )
