Rude, condescending, does not listen. lost MRI x-rays that were previously in my file, did not have my allergies or surgeries in my chart even though I had made sure to tell them everything and they acted like they were putting it in, did not call in the correct prescriptions I needed, tried to put me on diabetic diet even though I am not diabetic,etc.
