Unprofessional & Rude YP.com

Horrible customer service. This business does not have call waiting and Claude is especially rude. You will have to try calling for 20 minutes before you don't get a busy signal. They say that their lines are busy becasue of tax season. But for the past 10 years I have filed taxes in Memphis with other accountants, their lines were always open or they had call waiting. I would not recommend...

I am very pleased with Ron Brown. We were referred a few years ago and have not thought of changing. Very nice, fast service, works with your situation, helps find deductions you may not have thought of, location is easy to find. A great place to have your taxes filed.
