Dr. Santos is a good doctor, however his secretarys are LAZY! I dropped off information needed for 2 referrals to see Neurosurgeons for my broken neck that needs surgery in a week and a half. I did all the work for them, the names, addresses, NPI #, ect. all they needed to do was send a fax to my insurance company with clinical results along with it. They did not do it!
