they charge customers a 19% service charge and their servers only recieve 9% of the gratuity and they have to split it amongst all the servers!!!! they pocket the rest for their greedy selves. im sure all the customers think the servers…

We had our wedding reception at Roma Lodge - the staff was most accommodating, the hall was clean, set up beautifully, and the food was excellent. We made a number of special requests for food and decorating and it was handled with no problems.!
