Room immaculate. Fridge and microwave. Nothing pretentious, but a perfectly good place to lay your head at a low price.
Front desk screwed up my reservation, then showed no recognition of responsibility to fix it. Maid banged on my door six times 30 minutes before checkout time to encourage me to leave. Tip went from $5 to $1!
The room was clean and newly painted/new bathroom fixtures.
Location is not great. It is a long walk to the nearest monorail station, and you're on the very south end of the Las Vegas strip. At night, it seems very unsafe.

the motel's location is fantastic and so convenient to the Strip. The rooms are very spacious and a great value for the money.
the pool was dirty on our first day but was cleaned on the second. It would be nice to have more comfortable chairs available poolside and towels for the pool too. Although not a lot of time was spent in the room, it would have been nice to have more cable tv stations...
