Don't Waste Your Money - We received kitchen cabinets several weeks late and they were poorly put together - uneven color, no panels on some cabinets, wrong size pull out trays. This place has got to be the "worst" place ever to buy anything for your kitchen. I purchased some cabinets from them and they pretty much got everything wrong on the order. First they promised an estimated 8 week delivery and it turned into 5 months before I finally got anything. great for in stock items

I didn't have any problems with them except for one. I walked in there and they had the exact cabinets I wanted in STOCK. My greatest fear was waiting 2 months for custom made. I got 30% off , they were on sale, and the sales person, Yo-Yo, was very kind but hard to understand. Everything was quick. I ordered on Thursday and Friday evening Yo-Yo came out to my house to measure everything. On Monday she had the design layed out on the computer and I received my cabinets on Wednesday. The furniture is affordable but if you CANNOT take your pieces home with you today - I would walk away. I've had pretty bad experiences with furniture dealers in the past and yes, furniture delivery is NOTORIOUS for being late but Rococo Harmony left me completely flabbergasted. You would think that with such poor delivery times, customer service would be at the very least, par. Think again....
