The maintenance crew sucks! We have put in multiple maintenance orders, they keep on calling saying they are going to get to it but never do. You would think as much money as we pay they would get things taken care of! While I was in the office another guy was there complaining about the maintenance crew also! Can we get rid of the "concierge" and get a security guard? It seems there is some type of incident every weekend. Vandalism, swastikas painted on the walls, and this morning it was the 4:45 wake up call to evacuate the building because someone poured gas down the trash shoot. This is the worst place I have ever lived.
I love this place, the staff at the leasing office are the most amazing professionals I have ever dealt with, always helpful and nice and the maintenance just as awesome! I would have given them 5 stars but not building a restroom for the staff in the leasing office is so weird. please build them some, it is ridiculous to have to see those poor girls having to walk all the way to the bathrooms...
