Customer service was poor instead of putting tires on my truck he stopped in the middle of doing so to check air in his girlfriend's van and then proceeded to do so for about 20 minutes. Thinking I didn't know spanish started talking about me. Like I said never again

Buying tires can be an expensive task. However Rockside may have the tires you need for your car or truck FAR less than anywhere else. To be honest, the place does look a bit dated and worn. But...

I've been going to Rockside Tires for more than thirty years. Always the best service and cheapest price whenever there was an emergency tire need.

Well, something has changed. My most recent visit was met with an air of shady pricing estimates (I never like it when I hear the words, ""somewhere between...[this or that price]"") and I was actually expected to leave my tire with them and come back later. So I took my tire and left. Probably won't be back again.

they do good work but the last time I went to them one of the workers striped my nut, but other thin that they do an good job.
