If I could give zero stars, I would. I will NEVER shop here again. Horrible customer service. I guess that's why they only have 2 stores and are located in Chattanooga. Which is a shame because they have cool merchandise. However, I'd rather pay triple the price at any other store for decent customer service. Smh.

Great location Kudzu

This store does not have the selection of the other main store, but still has great gear and is convenient for those who visit the mall area.

it's at the mall, so it doesn't quite have the old-school shop feel, but the selection is just as good, maybe a little better when it comes to clothing. Parking is convenient, but you do have to fight mall traffic, especially during the holidays. If you're at the mall and want to support a locally-owned, environmentally-conscious company, this is the one to choose. It's not a national chain...
