We were passing through town and stopped at the Rock- what a blessing in disguise.
The food was freshly made and a welcome break from chain restaurants. The atmosphere was very pleasant- clean and bright inside and not loud. We loved the bible verse from Matthew on the wall. The snickerdoodle cookie that came with my meal was still warm...

Fresh, delicious food

Stopped here looking for some breakfast while passing through town. It took awhile to get our food, but that's because it was made fresh and worth waiting for. If we lived in this town we would be regulars!

I was invited for a breakfast in this place while I was in a cycling trip. I must say the breakfast was a good burst of energy, well prepared, generously sized and fairly priced.

We dropped in for lunch I ordered a panine, which turned out to be a toasted sandwich . I ordered the chips option and got crips, we truly are divided by a common language . My wife enjoined her chicken sandwich . Coffee was bottomless serve yourself .

The Rock has great, made-to-order food. Staff is friendly. Their hamburgers are wonderful! They also offer coffee drinks, smoothies, sandwiches, paninis, and salads, along with daily specials.
