I had a necklace that belonged to a famous person who is now deceased. When it broke I brought it to Robson & Eilers because they had done a great job for me in the past. When I picked it up I was told it was "as good as new". I chose to wear it home & was told I shouldn't have any ore problems with it. The beads had been switched and the clasp was backwards but I didn'tcomplain.

The customer service is excellent. My fiancée bought me a beautiful engagement ring here a week ago. I had to size down my ring and they had it done in just a few hours! I definitely recommend...

Their showroom is beautiful I have never seen a jewelry store quite like this one. They have jewelry for any budget from colored precious stones to awesome diamonds. Their pricing is very good....
