I ordered over the internet. They didn't write the card correctly - paraphrased and misspelled. I called, and the guy who answered said that they could deliver a corrected card the next day. Ten minutes later, the manager calls me and whines at me until she has convinced me that they couldn't write the card correctly with any amount of effort, so I tell her to do nothing. This place is an awesome argument against using local florists.
On Valentine's Day 2008 I got an arrangement from my children. It was so ugly and it made me so sad that they spent their hard earned money on this arrangement. The flowers I got did not look any thing like the picture on line, no where close. The on line picture had a variety of flowers and the one I got had a total of 8 red and white tulips with a heather in a shape of a heart. This was not worth the money they paid. Although the vase was nicer than the one shone I would have preferred nicer flowers than a nicer vase. Lesson learned.
I paid $70. for a premium dozen red roses i a very nice glass vase. It turns out the arrangement was not made like the one on the internet photo. The vase we got was a cheaper vase that was not as nice as the one we ordered. I called in the order and was not told that the vase was going to be substituted. I could have bought a cheaper arrangement but order this one because I wanted a quality item and I felt I was not given what I paid for. Beware!

I order flowers for my Aunt last week but did not have a correct address. I was pressed for time so the nice lady offered to contact her on the day of the delivery to verify the address and ensure delivery. This was a nice extra service I was hoping for. She lovoed the flowers.
