Dr. Waters is an excellent doctor. He took a great amount of time explaining my condition and diagnosis. He was most patient with me and answered any and all questions I had. The office staff was thorough and very professional. His diagnosis was exact and the treatment he recommended resolved all the health issues I had.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Cant get an appointment for weeks, when we showed up they refused to see us because we only had a copy of our insurance card. They only have one receptionist in the Norwalk office, she is also responsible for greeting people that come in...so you can call and call and get no one. They r closed between 12-1 which sucks. Dr. Smith is easy going; my only complaint would be if the symptoms have not fully resolved after several weeks, schedule more tests, try different medications, to alleviate the symptoms. He is either very sought after or the group tries to do so much. Showed up early, so I was on time for my appointment; but after being in the waiting room for 40 minutes I left because I had to pick someone up...
