Dr Flurry made me feel at ease. Although I know he is extremely busy, he made me feel
Like I was the only patient he had.

I got assigned to Dr. Flurry from my insurance. I never went to him. I would never consider it now. The lady who answered the phone was rude and incompetent. She insisted they do not take Florida Blue. Um, yes you do. And then she said "we're not taking patients." I said "wow" and hung up. She needs to get a lesson in people skills and insurance.

Staff is rude and couldn't care less if you return or not. My pharmacy called twice to have a prescription refilled and they never returned the calls. Last time I was there I waited in the room for almost an hour after they took me back. I'm going somewhere else!

His office scheduled an appointment for me. I arrived, signed in, & took a seat. After noticing many people go back who arrived after I had, I inquired of the front desk attendant. She appeared confused & asked if I had an appointment. Initially she said I did have one in the system then she said I was there on the wrong day; ultimately she determined I had no appointment. She was very rude....
