I would never recommend Robert Baldwin. He showed me a really nice townhouse and I got an application from his assistant the next day sent it back that night and then never heard from them again. I sent a text 3 days later saying I was to anxious and wanted to know if we got it and he has ignored me since! To me this is extremely rude and terrible business!! Never responded to text or email been almost a week. Unprofessional is my opinion.
Very knowledgeable about the area...very HONEST. Met him when looking for a rental last year...glad we got to actually complete a transaction with him. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking for RE in the Dover, NH area. He was honest about properties that we inquired about and steered us in the right direction. We are very happy with our new home.
Very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful, he showed us a couple of apartments and it was a no pressure, hassle free process for us.
I wanted to show the apartment to my family and had to call Robert with very short notice if I could go inside the apartment and he made it happen for us.
