100% useless -- the receptionist didn't want to schedule an appointment. Says she couldn't do anything unless the company knew we were serious about purchasing the home. When I said we have other paperwork to prove we are serious (such as our offer paperwork), she still said no. We own several rental properties in the area and deal with a lot of contractors. Shady shady shady.

It started out a little shaky - the beginnings of our foundation. Contact would be made and then nothing. I worried. I doubted. How deep would the cracks go? But then. Things settled. The foundation set. All was secure.Life is level again.
