I've had contact with this "business" twice. On the first contact, I brought my trumpet in for repairs. The entire time I was in this shop, the only thing Mr. Stewart seemed to be capable of doing well was making me, the customer, feel like I was wasting his time. Partly because of his rudeness but mostly because of the nature of the repair he recommended, I chose to take my horn to another...
