Dr Phillips is always there when you need him to help you no matter what time or where he is or what he is doing. He gives advice on how to keep healthy never rushes us during our visit. A very thoughtful and caring DR. There are not enough words to express what a kind and caring plus knowledgeable DR he is to us.
