I have been taking my car to R&M for several years now and I have always been treated so nicely by all of the staff, even when I have done my car a disservice! R&M staff always explains my cars needs to me in a manner in which I understand and which is not condescending in any way. I will continue to use R&M for years to come!

Brakes were noisy.

Rich wrote me up.

An hour later he said it would take $500. 00 dollars

That is without new rotors.

Just pads and labor all four?

That is way too much for me, too expensive for a non dealer repair! And gust pads and labor?
