we always stay at the riverside.its quaint,comforable,clean.the staff is friendly.the Adirondack chairs are convenient for watching the boats and tourists.overlooks perkins cove.the complimentary breakfast is great just enough to start the day for a walk along marginal way.

The Riverside has become our favorite place to stay when in the Ogunquit area.
It's not fancy, in fact rooms are very basic. One parking spot per room. Handicapped accessible rooms available. Nice continental breakfast available daily. Most rooms have balcony access, sections roped off so your area is "private", as in its not a walkway and the only access...

This quaint motel is a throwback to the "old days" when you could drive right up to your door, unload, and take in the magnificent views within 5 minutes. Our room is always extra clean and includes a deck in front complete with chairs and a lounger to enjoy endless hours of watching the lobster boats chug in and out...

This is an older motel but immaculately maintained with great amenities. The beds were comfortable and room was spotless. Overlooking Perkins Cove, each room has a nice balcony to enjoy watching the lobster fishermen heading out for the day and returning later with their catch. We had the opportunity to visit Ogunquit and stay at The Riverside Motel during OgunquitFest this past weekend. The hotel is lovely and in a perfect location.
