Overall these apartments are alright. The office responds in a timely manner to anything wrong and always fixes what's wrong. The only complaint I have is parking. My car and my moms car has been hit multiple times. Some parking spots are small and some are big and of course the bigger ones are always taken by 6 pm. I drive by these apartments everyday and i finally decided to take a look inside. It was great and so spacious. Im really considering moving in.

I'm paying $809 for a three bedroom apartment and I must say it's pretty nice for that price. There's a pretty decent pool with a small park the apartments also have very spacious patios with a storage closet. The area however can get loud sometimes because there are a lot of families but other than that it's pretty nice.

Well, the ONLY things I like about this place is that the square footage is good & the maintenance men are always there when u need them....Now to the bad....Parking is tight, good luck trying to get a garage, ppl smoking weed at the stairways, loud teenagers screaming & yelling at ridiculous hours at night, car break-ins, apartment break-ins, pool is always dirty, dont double park or its a $200 towing fee, did I mention never ending roaches & maggots!? I suggest that if u want a decent place to live it wont be anywhere on Riverside Dr. These are Section 8 apartments & if your paying...
