Great modern apartments! Secure buildings. Great amenities! Floors are a little squeaky but overall a really nice place to live. Walking distance to shopping.

The units themselves are quite stunning design wise. Functional with nice appliances! The apartments that have a view of the park are fantastic, while those with a courtyard view (my view) are pleasant.

But the amenities leave much to be desired for the raising price point. A little under a year ago management was restructured and we lost a few things with that change. We no longer have...

Riverpark is clean due to a great staff and mostly respectful neighbors. Mostly quiet floors could have been a little thicker to reduce floor to floor noise. Walking distance to just about all Redmond offers

This apartment used to be a nice place before they change their management company. The people are not warm and slow to react to issue. This community is too crowded and so much noise problem. The rent is going up but the service is going down. My neighbor and I will definitely move out after the lease is due. Not recommend unless you don't stay at home that often.aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
