When I moved in years ago, I loved this place-beautiful scenery, quiet, safe, close to campus...but a few months ago the management changed. . Since then, it feels like the place has fallen apart in what seems like an impossibly short amount of time. For a time, the grass was knee-high and now they have implemented weird rules (like not being able to walk your dogs *inside* the complex???...
I've lived in this community for years and have had no complaints. Shawna always took care of anything in a professional manner and the maintenance staff was reliable and kind. Now the manager who has replaced Shawna has made everything unbearable. She is rude at worst and annoyed at best when you speak with her. I'm not sure what happened but the old, good maintenance staff was replaced once...
These are the best apartments I have ever lived in. The office staff is amazing as well as the maintenance, they are always prompt and treat you with respect. Quietest apartments I have EVER lived in and they are fare and I actually got my deposit back!!!! How often does that happen at an apartment complex when you have pets?! Amazing, would more than recommend to move in here if you're looking...
