The worst customer service ever, I wanted a two hour trail ride because the website offers $25 per hour. When I called I was told that I could go out for an hour and then come back and then go out for another hour. They were unwilling to accomodate any request outside of the ordinary. When I first called the lady I talked to wasn't even able to schedule a reservation and asked that I call back after 15 minutes, couldn't take my telephone number to call me back when I asked if she could call when she was ready to schedule.
