River Rock Grill

Fresh taste! Everything we tried had great flavor and hearty portions. Soup of the day was cream of mushroom and spinach. Rich and satisfying. Ordered baked scallops (local); no skimping here. Also, baked cheese ravioli and added meatballs. Once again, hearty, rich and delicious. Finished with tiramisu and coffee.

Went for lunch around 1:30 and there was 1 young guy at the bar and a barmaid behind the bar. First signal that I should have paid attention to.
No waitress, pretty much nobody.
The barmaid was very nice , didn't introduce herself , so don't know her name.

Can you say SLOW?
It's 6:45 on a Tuesday. This place is empty. We ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken parm.
Are they out back raising the chickens from birth?
Not coming back.

Excellent food. (Truly the mussels for an app and the filet for dinner).
Also an amazing bar staff with personable service that tops every other establishment in town. Every meal here has been impeccable and there are no signed of slippage in quality. By far my favorite local stop. That said, as with everything, will keep an eye on it...
