The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.\n\nBooked a queen sized bed, received a room with a full sized bed. Room was the size of a closet - the full size bed barely fit. All surfaces were dusty and walls had numerous stains - as well as the shower curtain. A dead bird was on the window sill.
Great location, decent price. Good accommodations.\n\nThey were inconsistent about room placement. We got two of the same rooms, but when we went to our rooms, one had a queen bed and a pull out couch, and the other was tiny with just a double. They charged us to upgrade.
The location of this hotel was great. It was close to local amenities and the CTA. So transportation to other parts of the city were a short walk away!\n\nThe site says that they offer Queen size beds--imagine my surprise when we were given a room with a Full Size bed. Upset, we decided to call down and upgrade the room. Also there was only one elevator working for 30 floors. Which was bad...
