I've worked with River City Mortgage on all but my first loan and it's literally the fastest and easiest process I've ever been through --trust me, my first loan was with Wells Fargo and was a nightmare! It was even quicker and easier than dealing with my personal banker of 10 years. I highly recommend their services to anyone and continue to do so to this day.

Do not believe the sale rep when they tell that are going to run a soft credit report...I was upset when I was alerted that I had an unsolicited credit pull show up on my credit report.
