Not very sanitary, staff not to reliable, the water slides not usually running after 5 pm and the pools and hot tub locked up not usable after 7 pm, (during the prime hours you would want to use them) so after dinner when you want to relax in the hot tub, you can not, rudely blowing a whistle yelling get out. We camped here for quite a few years, and just camped in July 2014. Will NOT be back. The seasonal and 'lot/condo owners' ruined the trip for us. The amount of golf cart traffic is ridiculous, and they are gas-powered carts too, that have ginormous speakers and subwoofers.
