Bistro 24 Restaurant Review

From its grand foyer to its formal service, Bistro 24 feels classically European. Yet because it's housed in a business hotel, the effect feels more like a Parisian bistro with a casual clientele. Some dishes are colorful in the French style, yet many of the offerings are classic: steak au poivre, bistro fries, or a plat du jour capped by luscious house-made desserts.

After a long day of travel, met Phoenix friends for a dinner in the bar. The staff kindly brought food from the less formal Bistro 24 menu.
I ordered salmon with cauliflower puree and vegetables. it was so fresh and just delicious! Friends ordered pasta and loved it.
The waitstaff was helpful, funny and on the mark.

I love this restaurant. I eat here several times a year, and always around Christmas time. My friends and I feel so Christmassy here with the huge Christmas Tree, garland everywhere and all of the other beautiful holiday decorations.
This restaurant is like any Ritz Carlton experience. From the moment you step out of your car at the valet station...

We have lived next door to this Ritz Carlton for a few months and finally decided to take the short walk there for lunch.
