Pharmacy staff are pleasant and helpful, but calling in a prescription renewal ahead of time involves communicating with a computer via a bunch of phone menus, and pressing a lot of buttons....

I love Rite Aid- great deals- and this store is quite nice ( obviously new or newly remodeled.)But it's confusing - the layout of the store just doesn't make sense.And the staff- worst customer...
