We had a good shopping experience. The store was clean and the staff personable. We were able to find what we came for and they had an adequate supply. I prefer this store over the other store at the opposite end of the mall. If you haven't been in here for a while, give it another try. Good selection of merchandise and friendly service.

The sephora at jcpenney is awesome! Small but normally has everything I need or the ladies order for me over phone so I get free shipment. The customer service is really good too! Even though their busy as heck most days they are good at taking multiple clients. Kinda do agree with the post above …
