This place sucks. The employees are dimwits, the pharmacy staff is clueless and they act completely ghetto as EF in here. Over it.

This is one of the worst stores to shop in. The employees follow customers into aisles and pretend they conveniently need to arrange and place items in that particular aisle. On two occasions, I saw bugs crawling on some of the nutrition bars. To top it off, the cashiers usually have bad attitudes.

I actually consider this the better of the two Rite Aids in Co-Op City. I used to consider this Rite Aid terrible with a capital T but it has gotten a lot better. Decent selection and a very good pharmacy where my wait times are usually not too long.

This Rite Aid store at Bartow Plaza definitely sets the standard for bad customer service. Cashiers tend to be either rude or clueless about store policies.
