Worse customer service ever. Been to it 2x's in the last week for mother and their techs need to learn customer service. I don't want to hear about their life either when I'm waiting....

They lose our dog's prescription regularly, lie to us about having it in stock (tell us to come back in an hour, and then when we do, tell us they don't have it,) and treat us like drug seekers....

The last 5 times we have been here the wait is 1 to 4 hours. The Manager patiently explained that absorbing a pharmacy that closed, and flu shots, mean that it is normal for wait times to be 3 hours or more. Really?
