Just as a tip - this Rita's is STILL "closed for renovations", as of August 7, 2014. Quite a long time for "renovations", with no one doing anything inside.. :(

Too much sugar! The BEST Water Ice (Italian Ice) is around 13th & Oregon ... Pop's Original South Philly Water Ice! No one can top them! I drive almost an hour to get there, & drive right past 3 Rita's! I LOVE Pop's!
