The South Philly Rita's Water Ice is probably my favorite place to get a cold treat during the summer. The well-managed staff is quick and efficient as well as friendly. The location isn't the best, but really, where in South Philly is?…

Besides Rita's water ice and custard being awesome, this stand is a great location. It's off the big roads but it's residential neighborhood location means there's parking right around the corner, and a SEPTA stop right in front. Stop by…
