Ripple has changed up their menu and gotten a new head chef since I last went late last year. Everything was top notch, highlighted by the white asparagus salad. Solid service and a good atmosphere.
I don't know what happened to Ripple but this is not the restaurant we used to love. Not the food, the portions or the price. Forget about brining your kids, the waiter recommended the chicken for them, I said we didn't want to order something big. We ended up paying $60 for our 3 and 8 year old kids. Overall, we didn't enjoy the food. The wine list was as solid as always.
Food was excellent as always but our server was not on her game.
First time, excellent
Ripple provides imaginative and beautifully prepared food. The portions are sensible so one feels well fed but not stuffed at the end of the meal. The service is exceptionally friendly and efficient. One of our party was allergic to dairy. Our server and the kitchen handled this perfectly. We really enjoy going there.
