Not willing to negotiate. These people are out for your money and don't make buying and investing in a car an exciting experience. I was offended b their offer for a trade-in and felt like they treated me poorly and with their best interest at hand. One of the sales guys didn't know anything about the car he was selling. I just don't trust the place and went else where. Bad service all around.
